Advance payments made for court bookings are non-refundable once a slot is confirmed. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp — rescheduling is subject to availability.
Membership fees are non-refundable once a plan has started. Unused hours or weekend sessions cannot be carried forward, converted to cash, or refunded, in line with our Membership Terms & Conditions.
Advance payments for hosted events (birthdays, corporate events, tournaments) are non-refundable but may be adjusted towards a rescheduled date, subject to availability and management approval.
If 8teen10 needs to cancel or reschedule your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. maintenance, weather, or unforeseen closures), we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled slot at no extra cost.
Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original UPI ID or payment method used, generally within 5–7 working days.
