Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Advance payment secures your preferred date and time slot; the balance is due before or on the day of the event as agreed at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change and the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.

Cancellations or reschedule requests should be made with as much notice as possible. Advance payments are non-refundable, but may be adjusted towards a rescheduled date subject to availability.

8teen10 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond its control, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

General

1. By entering the venue, all guests agree to comply with these Venue Rules & Regulations.
2. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
3. The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these rules at any time without prior notice.
4. Any exceptions to these rules must be approved by the management.

Venue Usage

5. The primary responsibility of the management is to provide the booked venue and agreed facilities only.
6. Manpower, event coordinators, decorators, cleaners, catering staff, security personnel, or any additional event services are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
7. Guests are responsible for managing their own vendors, event staff, and event operations.

Booking & Timings

8. Entry is permitted only during the booked time slot.
9. One (1) hour before the booking is provided for event setup.
10. One (1) hour after the booking is provided for cleanup and venue restoration.
11. Additional time beyond the complimentary setup and cleanup period is subject to availability and additional charges.
12. Please follow the Booking Policy, Payment Policy, and Cancellation Policy available on the website.

Exclusive & Non-Exclusive Bookings

13. Unless your booking specifically includes exclusive access to the Turf or Pickleball Court, regular sports bookings and public play may continue during your event.
14. Booking the venue space alone does not automatically reserve the sports facilities.

Food & Beverages

15. Outside food and beverages are permitted only in the designated Passage Area and Gazebo Area.
16. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the Turf and Pickleball Court playing areas.
17. Smoking, vaping, tobacco products, alcohol, illegal substances, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises.

Footwear & Playing Areas

18. Only clean, non-marking sports shoes are permitted on the Turf and Pickleball Court.
19. Metal studs, spikes, or footwear that may damage the playing surface are prohibited.

Cleanliness

20. Guests must keep the venue clean throughout the event.
21. All decorations, waste, and personal belongings must be removed during the allocated cleanup period.
22. Any excessive cleaning required after the event may incur additional charges.

Safety & Conduct

23. Guests must behave responsibly and avoid any activity that may cause injury or damage.
24. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
25. Guests must comply with instructions given by venue staff.

Equipment & Property

26. Venue equipment and furniture must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided.
27. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to venue equipment or property caused by themselves, their vendors, or their guests.

Liability

28. Guests participate in sports and activities at their own risk.
29. The management shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
30. Any damage caused to the venue, Turf, Pickleball Court, equipment, furniture, fixtures, or any other property will be charged to the booking holder based on the actual repair or replacement cost.

Parking

31. Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas.
32. Parking is at the owner's risk.

Final

33. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
34. The management's decision regarding venue operations, safety, and enforcement of these rules shall be final.
